ALAN L. GLAZNER

Mr. Glazner is counsel to the firm. He received a B.A. degree from Penn State University his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law. Mr. Glazner's practice areas include corporate and personal tax matters, corporate formation and reorganization, estate planning and estate administration, and commercial and residential real estate matters. Mr. Glazner is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court and regularly assists clients and accountants in complex tax audits and appeals. He has spoken before the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
