| Lubiner & Schmidt's business immigration department handles all areas of business immigration
including, but not limited to, the following types of visa cases: H-1B, L-1, Green Card cases including EB-1, EB-2, extraordinary ability, outstanding
researcher, advanced degree alien, national interest waivers, labor certification cases, doctors and nurses, and B-1/B-2 extensions. We not only handle
all of these cases, but will also represent appeals and motions to reopen these cases. We are also extremely knowledgeable in the new regulations on PERM which goes into effect on March 28, 2005. In addition, Lubiner & Schmidt provides representation to businesses on these and related issues: I-9 audits, Labor Condition Application audits, and Department of Labor and/or INS investigations and sanctions cases. We represent both individuals seeking employment-based visas and corporations which sponsor a large number of immigrants for visas.
