Mr. Boswell is Board certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Florida Bar. He holds a Bachelors and MBA from the University of Alabama and a JD from the University of Virginia Law School. He began his legal career as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, was a consultant to Hon. Howard H. Baker, Jr., US Senate Majority Leader, a consultant to the Secretary of Education of the US Department of Education, Senior litigation counsel to Finalco, Inc. and Gemini Equities, Inc. and has been practicing in the area of labor and employment law and litigation for the past 10 years.
