Ms. Rowin focuses her practice on the representation of brokerage firms and their representatives in arbitrations and litigation before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and various state courts. She specializes in corporate asset recovery and collection and defense against employment-related claims. She also has experience enforcing commercial contracts and guarantees in civil litigation cases.

Ms. Rowin is a 2005 graduate of Pace University School of Law, which she attended on scholarship. While at Pace, Ms. Rowin interned with UBS Financial Services, Inc. in their Early Dispute Resolution division where she assisted in the investigation and resolution of customer sales practice complaints. She was also selected to participate in the Pace University Women's Justice Center Family Court Legal Program where she represented victims of domestic violence in ex parte proceedings.

Ms. Rowin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and a Minor in History from Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania. She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey and is a member of the New York Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association and the American Bar Association (Dispute Resolution and Litigation sections). She is also the former Chairwoman of the Oakland, New Jersey Municipal Flood Commission.
