Mr. O'Connor handles securities litigation and arbitration before the National Association of Securities Dealers and New York Stock Exchange on behalf of major Wall Street broker-dealers. Mr. O'Connor received his Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in 1979 from Fairleigh Dickinson University, his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 1983, his Certified Financial Planner designation in 1991, and his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall Law School in 1994. Mr. O'Connor was a member of the Editorial Board of the Seton Hall Constitutional Law Journal Prior to joining the firm, Mr. O'Connor maintained a civil trial practice in southern New Jersey. He also served as General Counsel to several healthcare related corporations.
