The Middlesex Municipal Court

The Middlesex Municipal Court only hears disorderly persons offenses and traffic violations/DWIs. Common disorderly persons offenses include underage driniking, possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, disorderly conduct, obstruction, or resisting arrest. While these may not be severe criminal charges, a conviction for one of the charges can have dire consequences, such as loss of your license, fines, a criminal record, and in some cases jail-time. You should seek good legal representation if you are being tried in the Middlesex Municipal Court. The Middlesex Municipal Court is presided over by Hon. George L. Psak and Hon. Dennis M. Fackelman. Psak received his J.D. Degree from Capital University Law School, Columbus, Ohio in 1977 and has been Chief Municipal Judge since 1990. Fackelman received his law degree from the University of Notre Dame and has served as a municipal court judge since 1997.

About Middlesex

The local police write an abundance of traffic tickets and make DWI arrests regularly on Bound Brook Road & Union Avenue, which are the major methods of transportation through the borough of Middlesex. The Middlesex municipal courthouse hears around 10 disorderly persons cases and 25-30 DWI and moving violation infractions weekly.
